It's time for new leadership for All-Girl Hack Night! If you're interested in taking over running the monthly meetings, organizing an additional monthly meetup (maybe something up north?), or running some other activity, please come out to help brainstorm. The only requirement is that these activities share the group's central goal of introducing female developers to one another to support each other and learn from one another, and hopefully work toward the end goal of making women more visible in their larger developer communities. That covers an awful lot of ground so, really, almost anything goes!

Also, Vitorio Miliano has been putting together research on what works for local meetups, and he's going to swing by to talk about that and see if there's interest in helping with the research for next year.
