Austin All-Girl Hack Night

Hack Night

Bring your laptop, bring your projects, bring your knowledge, and bring your questions! From now on, hack night is going to be a more informal affair, a chance to drop in and work together with other female developers in Austin on side projects, work projects, or larger open source initiatives. You can also come get help with presentations, technical articles, testing, or just general feedback! This is a forum for us to meet other women in our community and help each other out.

Unless someone reaches out and asks to sponsor and present, we'll be doing away with the drinks, cupcakes, and introductions. The 4th Wednesday of the month will always be simply hack night, but we may arrange other events based around a specific technology or cool non-profits that would like our help.

    I was at the Build-A-Sign Offices at Suite #140. There was no one there.

    I couldn't find Suite #100.

      I'm sorry you couldn't find our meeting room. I didn't know that there was more than one suite, since, to my knowledge, there is only one Build-A-Sign building. Maybe it occupies several suites. The entrance is on the building corner that's closest to the intersection of Stonehollow and Metric. It is literally on the corner. Too bad I didn't think to put an All Girl Hack Night sign on the outside door. (There were several signs inside to guide people to the meeting.) I should think of that next time. I hope you'll find us the next time.
