Post #: 1

T3 is looking for a Web Developer to join our innovative, cutting-edge development team. We need someone who is looking to grow their skill-set and understands the work is time-sensitive and wants to learn more about following best-practice coding policies. A positive attitude – and a great sense of humor – will go far with our team.

The Web Developer will work with other developers to develop and maintain websites and emails using HTML, CSS, and client-side scripting. The candidate will also be tasked to work on multiple projects at any given time.

This person will be directly responsible for generating new email templates, versioning emails based on customer segmentation and testing code across multiple platforms and email clients. An eagerness to experiment with new coding techniques and/or standards is appreciated, and staying abreast of developments in browser and email client technology is critical.

• Must have basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with HTML5, Javascript, DHTML, XML, ASP, PHP, .NET is a huge plus.
• Working knowledge of Fireworks and Photoshop for image preparation and slicing is preferred.
• Understanding of and eagerness to learn mobile site and mobile application development (iOS, Rim, Android)
• Clear understanding of email distribution clients and mobile site vendors.
• Must have the flexibility to easily switch between work on multiple projects as priorities change.
