Dr. Sherrie Kjar will talk about the Gluten-Free Casein-Free Diet (GFCF Diet). Dr. Kjar is a Chiropractor who has a son with autism. After seeing the difference that the GFCF Diet made for her son, she opened Food For Life, a commercial kitchen in Cedar Park that specializes in GFCF prepared meals and ingredients.
