I have two red and white Pembroke corgis. Both are about a year old. Gracie Blaize is my girl, she has a very sweet personality, though can sometimes be shy and timid. I rescued her from a mill when she was four months old. Zorro is my boy, he is from a different litter than Gracie. He's very friendly and exuberant and sometimes enjoys rougher play with other male dogs. Both dogs are people, dog, and child friendly and greet well. Gracie and Zorro make a great team and are happiest when they are together. I would love to get them to parks to socialize more with other dogs and I'm also hoping to start them in agility soon.
I live in North Austin near the teach ridge/wells branch area, so parks close to this area would be great!
Mondays, Fridays, and weekends are generally best for anytime availability. Wednesday evenings are also good and Thursdays during the daytime are flexible.
My name is Katie Carty and I recently moved to Austin from Michigan with my two corgis. I am working on my PhD at UT and am really looking forward to getting to know the city of Austin, and my dogs are looking forward to making new corgi friends!
