Mamma Jamma Training Ride

Have we got a pleasant surprise for you!  The South Walnut Creek Hike & Bike trail is finished and we are going to check it out!  Ride distances are 13, 22, 42.  Experienced riders can go to 62 miles, but we cannot provide support beyond the 42 mile route.  Meetup at 7am ride out at 7:30am.

We will also have a beginner clinic this week.  So bring someone who keeps talking about getting back on the bike! We’ll give them a refresher and get them going again.

All of our rides are fully supported with car support (SAG), water and snacks.  Our volunteer Ride Guides will ensure you are never left behind.  Worry-free riding!

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED FOR THE RIDE TO JOIN A TRAINING RIDE.  THE MORE THE MERRIER!

Heck, setup your own fundraiser. Sell fresh fruit, coconut water, and gel packs (stuff you can't find at the country store) at the SAG wagon. Dollar or two. Water is free. I know couple of veg people who went without and some riders forgot gels.

If there was given a heads up to bring some cash for donations for the things mentioned in the above comments, I'd be more than happy to stuff my bra, pockets, shoes, saddle pack, jersey....anywhere, with dollar bills :-P I would have totally donated as well. Maybe each person that donates could also already have fresh items pre divided so that station volunteers don't have to do that. Since there isn't many in hand to man stations. If donators do some of that work ahead of time that cuts down on the need for extra hands as well. Just trying to help without using more resources or money from an org and this actually has the potential to raise a little?

This is a road bike ride, right? The description mentions the WC hike and bike trail, so I'm just making sure. Thanks!
