Bee Cave Road - Sunday Brunch Ride

PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK START TIMES! The time listed on the event setting prevails.

(We vary this start time depending on the season and move from 7:30am to 10:00am as light and temps change.)

Our Sunday rides are mostly B riders and we welcome A riders who want a recovery ride or beginners that want a buddy to hang back with them.  We range in speeds from 13 to 17 MPH and some of us will always adjust for the slowest rider.

Our base ride is 16 miles and there are options for riding up to 34 miles depending on who speaks up and shows up.  We usually plan that morning. So please chime in on your ride length preferences by making a comment on the ride page each week and check back the week before the ride for the final route.

Here's the map of the basic route:

No drop, all levels welcome! Wheels down at the appointed time sharp!

Optional coffee, snacks and conversation afterwards depending on the group's preferences!

Good challenging ride, Bee Caves/360 to Walsh Tarrelton, then back to Bee Caves/360 on to 71. The hills were killer, but if I can get up them anyone of reasonable strength can too. It was exhilarating and a perfect distance for a Sunday morning. Earlier starts will be welcome as the summer settles in. We started at a little after 9 and finished by 11 or so.

I would live to make this but 10:00 am is too late. It gets too hit. Anyone up for starting earlier? Say 8:30?
