Not that I am aware of. However, a friend of mine reported that her 45 mile ride turned into a half-century. I think there are country residents less than supportive of cycling who remove signs. The intersections were spray-painted as backup, but you had to look for that.

actually those spray painted arrows were from last week at the tour de gruene... I think that is why so many people got off coarse.....

Sounds like we had groups going in all directions. I hope everyone made it back safely...

We followed a big group the wrong way and ended up doing 52 miles

Watched video that I recorded. Turns out we followed a SAG vehicle to the right instead of left and kept going. Pretty big group ended up only going 26 miles instead of 45...

It was a new route this year. Some confusion was to be expected.

Did anyone else have their ride cut short due to missing signs?

We got lost right from the start...I was following the course marshalls. Ended up at 51 miles.

Does anybody want to carpool and ride with me? I am medium speed. FIgure to be done by 11:30. Will stay to eat and maybe hang out in the fairgrounds a little while, but don't give a rat's ass about Wurst Fest. If that works for you, let me know.
