Raise the Woof!
JCC Austin celebrates the special bond between humans and dogs with Snout by Snoutwest,
Sunday, November 10 from 12-4 PM.
(Rain date: November 17)
Raise the woof! While dogs are not typically allowed on the campus (other than service animals), this special event welcomes all friendly pups on leashes with current vaccinations. Enjoy contests, obedience demonstrations, live music, dog treats, pet photos and information from vendors and dog services. Human refreshments will be available for purchase. Rescue groups and local shelters will have dogs available for adoptions. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Austin Pets Alive. Pet-free humans are also welcome. The afternoon will be emceed by Andy Langer, KGSR and Esquire Music Host and Columnist. For sponsorship and volunteer opportunities, contact Lee Braverman at[masked]
Snout by Snoutwest will bring families and their friendly dogs to our campus for competitions, demonstrations, and information from vendors and dog services. Pet-free humans will also be welcome. Rescue groups and local shelters will display dogs in need. Our greatest hope is that some humans may even find a new four-legged best friend along the way!

Note: We love all pets, but this one is just for the dogs. All pups must be leashed and have current vaccinations. Pet-free humans are also welcome! $5 for Adults, FREE for Kids and Dogs! 12-4 PM Activity area: Bounce house.

Bert the Pug and I will be there. He doesn't compete, as he is the BEST DOG IN THE WORLD and it's really not fair to the others.
