Chef couple Ned and Jodi Elliott arrived in Austin in 2009 with impressive culinary credentials to create their first restaurant. They are both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America and have worked in some of the most high-profile restaurant kitchens in New York, London, and Portland, Ore., learning from chefs such as Alain Ducasse, Thomas Keller, David Bouley, Claudia Fleming, Danny Meyer, Doug Psaltis, and Michael Symon. Foreign & Domestic has been featured on Diners, Drive-In's and Dives, Jodi Elliott was named 2013's Best New Pastry Chef and they hosted the first ever Indie Chef's Week in January.
Marla, Michael and I are very excited that Ned and Jodi have offered to host our group for our July dining event. Join us on Wednesday, July 24th at 8:30pm for a 3 course meal with wine pairings. You will have the opportunity to choose from 3 appetizers, 3 entrees and 2 desserts to create your own unique 3 course meal. Wine will be paired with each course. We look forward to seeing you there!
Foreign & Domestic will end their regular dinner service at 8pm. We will have the restaurant to ourselves at 8:30pm.
Plan to arrive at or after 8:15. If you would like to bring your own wine, there is a $15 corkage fee.
Free parking is available at the restaurant, on 53rd Street or in the surrounding neighborhood.
The cost of the event ($50 - which includes 3 course dinner, wine, tax and gratuity) is due upon RSVP.
