I enjoy cooking, myself and always appreciate when food is prepared with care.
Depends on the situation. Chateauneuf-du-Pape[masked] (most anything. I have a 2003, a 2005, and a 2009 Beaucastel in my wine fridge at the moment. A quality left bank Bordeaux is always exciting as well.
All things considered, I enjoy La Condesa.
