We're very excited to host the Official SXSW Hardware Startup Meetup at SXSW Create! (No Badge Required!)
There are dozens of great hardware talks and panels on the SXSW agenda meaning a lot of folks interested in hardware will be in Austin, including members and organizers of Hardware Startup groups from around the world.
UPDATE: FOUNDERS & FREE STUFF!
We've had such a great response to our meetup that we now have an even better agenda - founders of four Hardware Startups who raised over $500k on Kickstarter will intro their products and answer questions about their companies:
* Oskar Kalmaru & Martin Källström - Founders of Memoto
* John Kestner - Founder of Supermechanical
* Utz Baldwin - Founder of Ube (Kickstarter live now)
* Justin Jensen - Founder of Cinetics
There is one more thing...
All four of these hardware startups have awesome products so we thought it would be fun to have a drawing for the SXSW crowd. Bring a business card and follow our @atxhw twitter account to find out what you can win on Saturday!
Agenda:
12:30 = Welcome & Intro to HW Startup meetups
12:35 = Introduce HW Startup Founders
12:45 - 1:15 = Q&A With Founders
1:15 = Networking
RSVP Options:
We'd love for you to join our meetup group. However, if you're not in the Austin area you might prefer a Facebook RSVP:

I truly enjoyed today's discussion. The people we met, and the feedback on Kickstarter alone made it so worth being there. I can tell its real and a very exciting and growing group. Thank you Ryan for organizing this meeting and bringing us all together. Anne
