These talks are great, if they can last, but at some point people are going to run out of what they are doing potentially. That said, out of curiosity (and this is really up to the founders of the group and the direction they want to go in), are we interested in mixing things up with TECHNICAL talks, in other words, maybe tech-shorts like 30 mins limit on: setting up Cortex M4 with Rowley Crossworks, or Getting starting with Quartus and a FPGA and blinking an LED, or optimization tactics for C coding in constrained systems, or maybe getting Bluetooth up and running quickly, or RF antenna design, power supply design...? Or do we want to always keep this more business - ish? Just wondering, since the ONLY nerd talks are IEEE around here, and they are really out of touch with building products and companies. So, I personally am interested is the "what", but also the "how" of tech products, anyone else?
