Thursday Circuit Workout

Come join us at Zilker park on the southeast side of the springs for a circuit workout (entrance off of Robert E. Lee across the street from Umlauf Sculpture Garden). Here's a map of the exact location: http://goo.gl/UZxnH

Please bring kettlebells if you have any. If not, that's ok, the group will have some to share.

Circuit Workout: We will have several stations that we'll set up, some with kettlebells, some will be using body weight.  The idea is to keep moving through in repetition without breaks.  This will be an intense strength/cardio workout.

Wear workout clothes, and prepare to sweat, it's going to be hot!  A few of us will probably jump in the Barton Springs Pool afterward to cool down, so bring a swimsuit if you like.

For those who are new: We'll spend the first few minutes helping you learn the movements.  It's critical that you have proper form in order to get the most out of the workouts.  Many people have limited exposure to kettlebells, and are not taught properly.  This will help prevent injury and maximize your training results.
