Jan Meetup: Experimenting for Maximum Impact by Emiliano Villarreal of Spark59

First, happy 2014 everybody.

I want to kick this year's first meetup with a topic you and every entrepreneur can use - effective experimentation for achieving your startup goals faster

This presentation is going to help you level up on the core lean startup skill of experiment design. I'll cover: the foundation needed for testing systematically, the process for selecting the right experiments, working with small batch sizes, & also share lots of real world experiments Ash & I ran at Spark59 last year.

It doesn't matter what stage you are at - whether you are looking for your first paying customers or if you already have lots & are trying to grow more. This presentation is about the principles & actionable tactics to experiment faster & more efficiently so even when you don't get positive results in an experiment, you are still one step closer to succeeding.

It was very good. I wish there was a break in the middle of the session so that there were more opportunities to network until the very end because a lot of people had to leave in the middle.
