Applying Lean: Business Modeling with Lean Canvas

“A business model describes how you create, deliver, and capture value”.

--Saul Kaplan

In this hands-on meetup we’re going to learn about business modeling as a tool to quickly develop ideas into testable business models and facilitate conversations that lead to forward progress.

This is more of a work session than lecture, so be prepared to participate and build your canvas in the one hour.

I’ll provide printed copies of Lean Canvas to use for sketching your idea or bring a laptop if you prefer to use the online tool (leancanvas.com).

p.s. This is a trial meetup outside of the larger monthly meetup. Spots are limited so only rsvp if you are 100% attending.
