I'm constantly asked how to apply Lean Startup principles to multi-sided services like eBay. What distinguishes this type of business is that it works more like a marketplace with different buyers and sellers. They are harder to get started because you need enough of both buyers and sellers to make the marketplace work.
For the Oct meetup, the folks at Famigo will share their challenges of applying customer development in a marketplace business. Famigo offers mobile game developers tools to help them build turn-based multiplayer games in addition to marketing services directed to families.
