Dr. Paul's rally was powerful. My family and I's first time seeing a p. candidate live. Got to meet Dr. Paul, tell him about our Liberty Racing PAC, and give him a RonPaulRacing.ORG shirt!

Dr Paul is a good leader, a honorable dedicated man. He really has the good of the people at heart, instead of the good of the private and corporate interests. We must have had like 6000 people but Meetup only lets you put 3 digits in.

why is my attendance number limited to 3 digits? The audiance was probably over 1000

    February 23, 2008

  • Lisa M.

The turnout was estimated at 4,000 people by campus police, proving that freedom continues to be popular! Always great to be around the energy and enthusiasm of Ron Paul supporters!

I loved it, of course! Just my luck, though, at the end, when it was so crowded (like bumper-to-bumper bodies!), I couldn't get up to Dr. Paul for an autograph and a picture. Just as I was a few feet away, they moved him laterally to the other side. I wish I could have gone to the Lake Jackson event - from their website (now I forget the URL) it looked like there were plenty of photos indicating you could have a good chance at standing next to the man uncrowded and get your photo taken with him. I just couldn't get way out there with work & my son's school schedule.

This was the most incredible live event I have ever attended! I did not see the music, just Dr. Paul's introduction and speech. After his speech I was able to get close enough to shake his hand and thank him, he has a firm handshake and as I said "thank you Dr. Paul" he smiled at me and nodded his head. What more can I say!

    February 23, 2008

A lot of enthusiasm and about 3,000 to 4,000 participants.

The text entry field for number attended does not allow me to enter what I thout the real attendance was, so I put in 999.

My complements to the student leaders that put this together, well done. Also my friend Don Zimmerman and his cohorts did a fine job. Also kudos for Paul Davis for promoting it. Many had a hand it making this a success.
