TSA bills being heard in the Senate

A former member
Thanks to your active support the "restrain-the-TSA" legislation has received unanimous support so far at all levels in the Texas State House.

HB 1937, the "anti-groping bill" that passed the House unanimously, is being heard this afternoon in the Senate Transportation and Homeland Security Committee.

HB 1938, which received a unanimous recommendation from the House Transportation, died by procedure in the House when it failed to receive its second reading in the House by midnight on May 12th.

Now is your chance to push HB 1937 into law, and possibly attach HB 1938 as a rider to completely protect Texans for the TSA.

Please spread the word (facebook, tweet, resend this email) and urge others to do the same, so we can assure wide popular support is recorded by the state's servers.

Thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration!
