First Pairing Session

Let's have our first pairing circle meeting at Opa - coffee, alcohol, lots of outlets and comfy nooks. Pair with someone on your project or find a partner and pair on whatever you want (we will have a list of suggestions if you need ideas). As long as you pair, we don't care!

Drop in whenever you're able and stay as long as you'd like. Beginners welcome and encouraged!

**Note: We know there are a lot of other programming Meetups happening in Austin, so we'll try to be cognizant and schedule around those. We want you to be able to attend as much as possible!**

I am in round rock and traffic seems heavy right now. I might not be able to come in today.

Hi everyone! I'm completely new to programming, but I'm going to SF for Dev Bootcamp on the 23rd. I've got prep work that I'm doing (all Ruby), but have hit a couple roadblocks. This would be my first programming meetup to go to, and I'm just wondering if I could pair with someone to get help with where I'm stuck. Is this what these meetings are for? Thanks!

Awesome! I'm not 100% sure I can make it, but I'm definitely planning on being there. Sri, I'm happy to tell you what I know about DBC so far, but would also be happy to share what it was like after I get back.

I don't have much web programming experience and I believe this meetup would be very useful.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
