Paleo 111: Thyroid and Adrenal Health with Robin Arutt + Paleo Potluck

Robin will be discussing the topic of 'Thyroid and Adrenal Health'.
- How to keep up an active lifestyle without burning out your adrenals.
- Paleo Eating, small tweaks that can make a big difference in supporting your body's core energy centers.

After the presentation, we'll also have time for questions.

The presentation will start promptly at 1:30, followed by questions for Robin. Around 2:30 we'll head into the kitchen for eating and socializing! Please feel free to bring your favorite paleo dish for the potlock event!

If you're new to the group, we'd love to see you join us at the event! Just stop by and say "hello!"

I just came across this group today, sorry for the last minute RSVP. I won't have time to bring anything to participate in the potluck, but looking forward to meeting some people nonetheless. I just moved here from Phoenix, don't know anyone I the area yet!

    Erik,
We are very excited about meeting more people who eat paleo. I do have a request around the potluck. We eat paleo but have food allergies to different things and to make easy for everyone could people list the ingredients on their dish on a recipe or index card then we dont have to ask everyone what is in their dish more than one time. i look forward to meeting you. we are going to be setting up a aquaponics this year.

Yes, sorry -- I'm on vacation right now and haven't had much time to respond to things.

I'll have stickers to write ingredients on, for potluck items, and will ask people to fill them out.
