I received a holistic nutrition certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts where my teacher first introduced me to the paleo diet. I have recently been doing much more research on it and plan to make it a permanent lifestyle change.
About 4 years.
I love strength training and have recently heard of Erwan LeCorre's MovNat method which I am curious to try.
As someone new to this lifestyle I would love to see some entry level fitness meetups as well as discussion/support groups. Informative lectures would be great too and maybe potlucks would be helpful to try out new recipes.
Starting a strict paleo diet for 30 days tomorrow! I am also attending PaleoFX next week which is where I discovered a link to this meetup group.
