I stopped drinking and eating most processed foods. While researching snacks and recipes I stumbled upon Primal Pacs. From there I did more research and quickly realized that this lifestyle is perfect for me!
Health and Fitness - 3 years. Primal/Paleo- Recent.
I eat to nourish myself and provide what I need to lift and do other physical activities I can enjoy such as hiking, bouldering, biking, paddle boarding.. etc.
Not sure what to expect. Never been in a meetup group like this before.
