I found Marks Daily Apple via Zen Habits and have been hooked since. I love to cook, and have pursued culinary in the past but now have transitioned to Nutrition and use that as an excuse to try every edible oddity under the sun, in the name of Primal discovery. I am a big proponent of exercising often, but do most of my movement during work (as a waitress) and as transportation.
I bicycle around the city for work, school, and errands and walk almost everyday. I am lax with my diet when it comes to full-fat dairy (particularly cheeses), eat white rice now and again, but avoid all processed products and forms of gluten.

I'm a bike-commuting student & recent Austin transplant; my boyfriend and I have been Paleo/Primal almost three years.
