Want to change my eating habits and overall health. Exercise regularly and really enjoy exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. Over the course of the last year I have really lost touch with my eating and am ready to get it back.
Have been interested in fitness and nutrition for many years. Just recently got interested in Paleo.
I enjoy running, strength training, and would like to get into crossfit but have yet to.

Change my eating would be big a step and then go from there.
Moved to Austin in June. Since have been looking into Paleo lifestyle. Am planning to start to whole30 challenge on 10/1.
