I found out I was gluten intolerant. Went gluten free and got somewhat better. Then I had further allergy testing done and found out I was sensitive to a lot of other foods. My available food options coincided with the paleo diet (although I do eat rice...). I kind of went Paleo without even knowing what Paleo was. I began researching it more and pretty much have decided the way I feel the best is when I follow the autoimmune paleo protocol!

Anything fun! I'd really just like to meet other people and not have to worry about "what am I going to eat?" for a little bit, b/c everyone else will be eating in a similar manner :-)
