The class is designed to teach you the basics of Core and areas to work on.  We will walk you through exercises that are specific to strengthening you as a runner.

Hosted tonight and every Tuesday night by our very own Michael Olague.  Michael was a Texas High School Standout and NCAA qualifier at the University of Houston.
