We are runners of all paces. We are beginners, intermediate, and even some marathoners. We run for fun, we run to lose weight, we run to deal with stress, we run to improve our fitness, we run to improve our lives! Come join us for friendly casual group runs throughout the week. Lets train for something!
The group's primary purpose and vision is to allow runners of all endurance levels, paces, distances and months or years of running experience to run together in a non-competitive atmosphere and to get to know each other through a variety of social activities.
Runs will be scheduled all throughout the week as well as weekends at various locations (both morning and evening) . Each run is open to any runner regardless of experience. It is highly suggested that you review the description of the run and determine whether or not it is right for you. Each run leader/organizer is experienced with the courses and can alter the course pending who is out there and what each runner is interested in. If you wish to join a run, please state in your RSVP the distance and pace that you project you might be interested in. This will allow the organizer to get feedback from the interested runners.
