Followed by live music at 9:45ish dance to the great sounds of La Mona Loca.
$7 cover for the band.

If you are planning on eating there, the food is delicious, nice dance floor, great sound, full bar, lots of Free parking on the street after 6pm.

Lessons Upstairs inside Clay Pit Restaurant - Pedro's Place:

Option 1: In front of the stage, join instructor and Meetup host Raul Ramirez teaches - $5 pp
7-8 pm - Beginner Salsa
8-9 pm - Intermediate Salsa

Option 2: In the back room to left of the stage Progressive salsa lessons with Jose: Register with him at the beginning of each month. Facebook event:

8-9pm Progressive Salsa Workshop with Jose Santoyo beginner level, includes:
-Understanding leading and following-Ladies styling-Understanding tempo and timing-Technique for basic moves
-Different variations and combinations

Each week we will add on whatever we learned in the previous week so by the end of the month each student will have lots of material to practice. There's no partner required, and if interested, immediately after the class Salsa nights begins with live music from La Mona Loca till 2:00 a.m for a discounted price of $5 so everyone can stick around and practice your new moves. In my experience this is the most effective and successful way to learn. Space is limited so please confirm asap.
