Early Morning Hike at Great Hills Park

Join us for an early morning hike at Great Hills Park.  It's a lovely hidden trail in the middle of suburbia.  If we are lucky the water falls will still be running from the recent rain.  Depending on your fitness level the hike will be easy to moderate.  We will hike from between 1 1/2 to 2 hours.  Well behaved dogs on leash and children (no leash required) are welcome.

After the hike we will go to Blue Baker (http://bluebaker.com) for breakfast.  The Sierra Club appreciates a small donation.

This was my first hike with Austin Sierra Club and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Ossie also had a great time.

This was my first hike with Austin Sierra club and I really enjoyed it. And also happy that Ossie's antics in the pond provided a some extra entertainment. He is definitely a dog who loves to be in the water.

Although short, the Great Hills trail is one of the nicest in town, and Blue Baker is one of the best bakeries. Martha did a great job leading her first Sierra Club outing.
