NEW ORGANIZER suggests going to bragittas to get ball rolling

I'm the new organizer and this will be our first new meeting:
FRIDAY DEC. 17th at 7pm (through the meetup called music jam / potluck
This is hosted by Bragitta. She hosts a musicians get together located near William Cannon and Brodie. (i think she gives you the address once you rsvp). I so far three people will definitely be there. So GO !!!!! that's enough people to share your song with or just listen and find how you'll join in.
PLEASE GO TO HER SITE AND RSVP if you want to attend this meeting.

I WILL plan a consistent meetup spot for OUR specific group asap, but for now, lets go to this other meetup! (potluck too by the way) and get the ball rolling. Even if you dont play, a little wine and talk about good open mics around town would be good for anyone!
There is no reason why we cant have one stable night and place but still go to other meetups with the same thing as extra places posted to go. Bragitta's meetup is great bc since her meetup shares the same concept.
RSVP with her, on her site. and email me if you intend to go.
I am going to prob have a site for us in the south Congress/Oltorf area (so i will need to know who could do this area!) I dont know when yet, waiting to hear input on what's the best day and time. I want to structure it as song sharing, and time for exploring gadgets, software, and i have a few guest teachers and such. But if i get three people to strongly commit then its all about what those three want.
cheers! Lets make this work!
There so much instruction and group facilitating around town for youngsters but what about the older folk?
