Creating community with wellness professionals. There are many different approaches to wellness. All wellness disciplines have similar holistic principles, working with the whole body, mind and spirit in an effort to restore comfortable balance within a person. Each discipline employs a different method of engagement within a person. This group will grow to remind us that although we approach our clients differently, we all seek to improve their state of wellbeing in a lasting and meaningful way. Our goal is to spread ideas of healthy practices and personal empowerment in Austin to the extent that perspectives of wellness are the norm, and not considered an alternative treatment option.
