We help organizations explore their terrain (market, industry structure, allied technologies, etc.) for their breakthrough technology. This includes facilitating ideation sessions, leading and producing technology roadmaps, and forecasting disruptions. Our clients over the last ten years have included Fortune 500 firms, regional economic development organizations, Federal agencies/services, entrepreneurs with disruptive technologies, technology firms in takeoff, and technology firms in danger of crashing - needing transformation. Our horizon in many engagements go out 20 to 30 years.
