Who's line is it anyway? Improvisational acting games!

[i"]Like I said, all comedy is based on exaggeration, big or small, whatever you can get away with. " Drew Carey The meetups are becoming more and more of a success, and the acting talent is definitely improving with each meet. After a great deal of popular demand we've decided to bring the old popular tv show Who's Line is it anyway. To the Austin Acting meetups. This coming meetup we will be playing a selection of the whose line is it anyway games as practice for improvisational comedy. If you have any specific games you want to play from the show feel free to bring them along. Otherwise we'd love to see you there. Whether you think you're funny or not, whether you just want to watch and see what goes on, or whether you want to get involved yourself this is the place to be. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS ONE!!! All the last final projects from the previous weeks are up at www.austinacting.com including the stage combat one. Check it out and see what you missed!

So much fun seeing everyone there! This really is turning out to be an awesome group!

The car scene! The Rabbit in the meat grinder, the amazing Barista skills and of course "Peter frampton do you have my weed?"

It's great to have this experience! It will be so much easier to face a real world audience, having done improv in front of a group of relative strangers.

Best line of the night was obviously: "Peter Frampton, do you have our weed?"

What an awesome group! This was a bunch of fun and helpful in getting yourself "out there" to push your limits of what you feel comfortable doing. Lots of great exercises and some wonderful talent. Kudos to Adam for keeping this going. Can't wait until the next one!
