Thanks to MOC I'm paddling a red hurricane kayak that is perfect for long trips on the river.

We will paddle to Lake Austin Spa and back to the Low Water Bridge. Truly a beautiful strip of the Colorado River and a workout.

    Felt like summer today. Ski boats where out and the serenity of nature was gone. Randy and I paddled 2 1/2 hrs. Too many waves to stop and take photos. My technique is improving! I'm paddling next Sunday. I will post event Monday.
