San Marcos, "tuber free since August!"

No cost, this is a totally informal thing.  The default trip is from City Park to Sculls crossing in Martindale, with a goal of getting out by early to mid-afternoon.  Changes can be made by unanimous decision.  Let's keep doing this every other week for as long as the weather permits and the water keeps running.

FYI, the City of San Marcos is replacing the Cape Street bridge.  We will go left around Thompson's island and portage across Cape Street and past the old mill falls.

The river stays a constant temperature, but as the weather begins to cool it might be a good idea to dress in layers.  Poly is much better than cotton which stays wet and cold.  You may also want to carry an extra change of clothes in a bag in case you dump.
