Arro is the latest endeavor from ELM Restaurant Group (24 Diner, Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden). At the helm of this casual French spot is ELM’s executive chef/partner, Andrew Curren, accompanied by his wife, pastry chef Mary Catherine Curren.
The focus of Chef Drew’s kitchen is a wood-fired grill, and he will continue his philosophies of preparing all food to exacting standards in house and incorporating local and organic products whenever possible. Mary Catherine and her team will craft a thoughtful menu of both traditional and seasonal desserts on site, and bread will be baked fresh daily at Easy Tiger.
The exclusively French wine list was curated by two master sommeliers: Craig Collins and Devon Broglie. Classic apéritifs and handcrafted cocktails, as well as a thoughtful selection of beers, are available.
