Foundation 3 week series - that will cover on and off body hoop maneuvers & choreography to build skill, strength, and movement with the hoop. Tuesdays 8/20, 8/27, 9/3.
Week 3 of Hoop Fundamentals I will cover "Other body parts" and "Angles" On body concepts will include angled on body hooping (Booty Bump and Limbo) - Off body concepts will include vertical hand hooping to various planes of the body, elbow and forearm hooping (and self massage). plus a Review of floats/transitions and sequences to put it all together!
Hoop are provided for class -- This class will also include learning a basic hoop sequence -
Plan to burn a lot of calories - Drink water!
Class is 75 minutes - Per class is $20 - Do all 3 for $50! -
Class size is limited to 10 - Hoops are available for class use and for purchase. RSVP or Pre-pay to reserve SPACE!
