I find that I am a lot more laughish and joyful than others I know, so the idea of proactively seeking like-minded laughers, or those receptive to laughing, is what I need now in my life.
I was 15 and in synagogue services with my friend, Julie. I went on a huge laughing jag over the sound of the choir singers. To this day, I can't be at a religious service of any kind without erupting in laughter. (Good thing I'm not religious.)
Hey, fellow laughing buddhas. Beth here from Chicago. Now living in Hyde Park. (There's a Hyde Park in Chicago, actually -- Barack is from there). I laugh all the time -- more than anyone I know. But Laughter Yoga? What a concept. I'm in.
