O'Reilly media is running a %50 off on early release eBooks. There is one python specific book in the list that looks interesting.'Test Driven Web Development with Python'.

I just found this meetup. If I want to come to this, is it a prerequisite that I have or have read the Python book? What if I just want to jump in?

Jason - no, you don't have to have the book, although it would obviously help.

Interesting article about using iPython and GitHub to teach Python.

To the people who are attending our meetup to learn Python - how many of you are using iPython? Come and find me at tonight's meetup if you'd like a quick iPython demo. :-)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
