Book Club: Philosophy Who Needs It by Ayn Rand

Time for our next book! With this one we're getting back to a basic question in philosophy which is; why do we need it at all?  Here Ayn Rand establishes her view of philosophy's role in human life and the implications that role has for applying philosophy to a myriad of topics.

This book's chapters are largely independent, so feel free to come to a meeting even if you have missed some.

Hoorah for the outsiders! I mean, rationally, it always has made sense that it would be preferable to be outside, rather than trapped inside, but never saw it described as well in writing as in today's chapter of the book.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
