"Favorite" is too hard given that there's so many different styles. In general, I like Pinot (both subtle and West Coast style), Cabs (not too jammy and with some age), German & Austrian whites (especially with age), and crisp, dry Rose.
I've visited almost all of them at some point over the past 15 years.
For purely a wine bar, probably Vino Vino.
