Welcome Wino! Don't be shy, please tell us a bit about yourself, and your interest in/love of wine, including your favorites.

Worked in the Wine business for almost ten years while finishing college. Worked in Civil Engineering for many years until the economy collapsed and our company closed. Now I am back to my first love that I never left, Wine.

Which wineries In the Texas Hill Country have you visited?

Solaro, Duchman, Fall Creek, Bell Springs

What is your favorite Austin wine bar?

Opa is my neighborhood favorite. A funky little old house off of Lamar street with outside tables in the front yard. Downtown has to be at Cork & Co. Tandy and Carlo are really nice people and the place is cute and comfortable.

United States Sommelier Assoc. Certified Intermediate Level Sommelier, also TABC Certified. Teaching is my specialty, but I also have ten years experience in Wine retail sales & management.
