There is nothing specific I have had the opportunity to taste some grand wines over the years and my favourites are based as much on the memory of when I had the wine as it is the wine itself. Critiquing the Escoffier Society dinner with Robert Mondavi is one of my favourite memories. Trying to get back on track with less work and a bit more socializing.
I do like cru at the domaine they always seem to have a nice Sancerre and the cheese selection is very good.
