The New World Order

The New World Order. What exactly are they talking about? What does this phrase mean and what are some people planning for? As moderator I must say that this is not something I am informed on but several members seemed quite concerned about this topic so we are going to have a discussion on it.

This group is a network and a discussion opportunity. There are no lectures. Everyone is a teacher. Everyone is a student. We all share . We all learn. And if the topic of the evening is not something of interest to you join us anyway as the discussion goes where the energy flows.

I must have joined after the last meetup, but you had mentioned a question about
    the "New World Order"
I have a quick history of it on my site here if interested

Thanks for creating this group. I enjoyed the lively discussion and meeting all the people. Marylou Smith's positive vision is what I am interested in.
We can take positive actions to create a better world for all. I didn't want to do a lot of self-promotion at the meeting, but I have created workshops that can create healthier and happier lives for a lot of people. And I'll be teaching some of the principles at a FREE meeting on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. Some of the ideas could be used in this group.
What I’ve put together are the “secrets” that I have learned over the last 30 years that have helped me lead a healthier and happier life, and that can help anyone else do the same. I’ve gleaned this information from over 500 self-help books and scores of workshops. I have put this together and share this as my contribution to help raise the level of joy and love on the Planet. Please join us, and "Empowerize Your Life!" Mike Wittenbrink

Excellent discussion, great people. We only got to scratch the surface of what we'd like to envision for our world and what actions we can personally take to move that vision toward reality but it was a beginning. Because our group is growing, it was a little challenging to hear with such a wide circle and street noise competing with our discussion.

the discussion was not about the New World Order... not really.. it concerns me that even most of the people who really care about making a positive difference in a broken world are still so ignorant of the truths staring them in the face -- or at least they are frightened into submission or pacified by their own value and belief system, not able or willing to put that value/belief system to the test up against the evidence; I agree that proper 'intention' and gratitude are essential to a collective healing and transformation, but it cannot be practiced under a blanket; frankly, this group disturbed me; I heard a lot of talk about 'jesus', but no talk whatsoever about Buddha, Krishna, Horus, or any other deity or archetypal figure; there was also a lot of talk about drinking and drugging -- I did not understand this; I found many of the individuals to be terribly 'close-minded', whilst they claimed to be open-minded; I can't waste any more time on folks who still don't get it..

People of like minds networking. How good is that? We are learning and growing as a group. Wonderful.

thanks so much for welcoming me so openly to the meetup -- delicate subject indeed, for everyone, particularly people so dedicated to generating a force for light in a dark world; I could certainly feel the energy flair a bit when anything seemingly 'negative' was brought up in discussion; personally, I don't view the search for knowledge and truth, however difficult that may be, as a negative quest; we must start from a heart-centered place of non-fear, and bravely expound our understanding
