We learn to live in our mind. We learn to think our way through life. We are either thinking about the past and regretting what we have done or we are trying to make our life better in the future. We will never be happy until we come into the present and start living with our whole heart now. We are always thinking about ourselves, analyzing, and judging our behavior. We will never be happy until we stop relating to ourselves from our mind and start relating to ourselves from our heart.

Your life changes completely when you start believing in your dreams and you start taking the steps to bring them to life. Only your heart knows what you love. SPIRIT
We all have a history. We live through certain experiences and we become conditioned by those experiences. We come to believe that we are this ego-conditioning. We come to believe we are not good enough as we are. We come to believe that we must hide certain things about ourself and we must prove our worth. We come to believe that we must hold back in order to fit in.
When your Spirit awakens, you remember who you truly are. You understand that your ego-conditioning is just the set of circumstances you lived through until you remembered your true self. The universe is filled with things of incredible wonder and beauty. When we are touched by this beauty, we feel our Spirit. We remember what is most important in life and we remember why we are here.
Each part of the universe shines in its own special way and enriches the whole by sharing its gift. You are part of the universe. Your life enriches the universe as much as the life of an eagle, a river or an ancient redwood. You were meant to share your gifts. You were meant to share your positive energy and your creativity. You were meant to share your heart. You were meant to give love and receive love. You were meant to be all that you are.
