Awakening to Wholeness December Essence Circle

Join us this month as we continue our journey of learning the powerful and life affirming principles of RADICAL WHOLENESS.

This month we look at the 2nd Principle of Radical Wholeness: Question everything, particularly the beliefs that you've accepted about yourself, others and the world. Your thoughts are not a reliable source for interpreting what is true - about yourself, others or reality. However, your ability to question everything is your minds most valuable resource on your path towards Radical Wholeness.

The process of Conscious Inquiry makes this abundantly clear and provides a framework to work with your thoughts Question everything!

These Circles are free and open to anyone who is interested in exploring what it means to move from Ego to Essence. When exploring and after experiencing any transformation from acting out of ego to expressing from Essence, it's good to meet up on a regular basis with people of like mind and spirit to discuss the breakthroughs and breakdowns.

I'll be leading some of the discussions and bringing in guest speakers for others. Mark your calendar for the

The SOULutions Process assists people in learning simple, safe and effective ways to achieve EMOTIONAL MASTERY. How? By learning a simple process that allows you to feel your feelings fully and without effort they let go. Learn to feel your feelings of sadness without the sadness overwhelming them. This opens the heart to feel a greater, deeper and more expanded since of joy. The process assists people in learning how to fully experience their fear without the fear overtaking them. This allows a person to feel a greater, deeper and more expanded since of peace. We assist people in learning how to experience and consciously express their feelings of anger without the anger being destructive or overwhelming them. This allows a person to feel a greater, deeper and more expanded since of authentic power.

2010 Topics so far

January-3rd Principle of Radical Wholeness: Resist nothing.

i. “What ever we resist persists. Yet whatever we have the courage to fully face, feel and embrace becomes grace!

ii. When we can find a way to stop resisting and fully accept even the most unacceptable parts of ourselves, our "inner critic" and mind chatter becomes dramatically quieter. We then begin to find ourselves miraculously able to not only accept ourselves and others more fully but to see, sense and feel the Divinity in ourselves, others and even what we once perceived as the most unacceptable aspects of life. This is the essence of the Fierce Wholeness Process.

February: 4th Principle of Radical Wholeness: Embrace the reality of uncertainty.

The ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus stated “there is nothing permanent but change.” Whenever we argue with reality, reality always wins. Reality is our ultimate Guru. When we able to honestly observe and accept the reality that there is nothing permanent but change, we can begin to accept the impermanence of all life and be creatively and fully alive in the present.

i. The Radical Wholeness Process encourages us to fully embrace the reality of uncertainty. When we do so from the depth of our being, our attention naturally turns toward the preciousness of all of life. Our heart is set on fire to express our unique individual gifts in the world for a purpose that we feel is a mighty one and is in service to life and the conscious evolution of our planet. In living this way, there are no ordinary moments!
