FREE COMEDY SHOW: HYPNOTIST Rich Guzzi does Comedy & HYPNOSIS at the Comedy Zone

Come out and have an Awesome Random Adventure at the Comedy Zone with a Free Show! The show I picked out is definitely a little different than most because we're going to see a Hypnotist/ Comedy Show... usually shows like these look for a few volunteers from the audience. I'll be honest and say this is my first hypnosis comedy show but it looks like a lot of fun and I've always wanted to check one out. If you want to find out more about Rich Guzzi here's his website http://www.richguzzi.com/

Here's a Bio on the Show from the website:

The Rich Guzzi Comedy Hypnosis Show is actually three shows in one because Rich is part standup comic, part master hypnotist and part motivational speaker. He becomes the Swiss army knife of the stage every night as he relentlessly tours the country and cutting the crowd to ribbons.

The show becomes a rock concert when Guzzi invites people from the audience on stage to participate in the hypnosis part of the performance. “It’s not your average comedy show” says Rich “When I did only stand up, the attention was all on me and what I was going to say next, now everyone is focused on their friends on stage. It becomes personal, making it thousands of times more powerful and of course, funny!”

Don’t be misled, Rich Guzzi is still a standup comic and that is what sets his hypnosis show apart from the rest which is quite evident as soon as he hits the stage. Even his preliminary talk about hypnosis hits the funny bone hard and with all the jokes and facial expressions added throughout the show there is no mistaking his comedy roots.

Rich also makes time in his show to bring awareness to the benefits of hypnosis. “In the end, all I really want to do is help people” says Guzzi in his unmistakable New York accent. “I am like a cross between Tony Robbins and Tony Soprano and the show as funny as it is its still only a demonstration of what you can do with this powerful tool.”

The Rich Guzzi Comedy Hypnosis Show is standup comedy, hard-hitting hypnosis show and self-help seminar with some special surprises. Sounds like an offer you can’t refuse.

Here's a link to the Comedy Zone's calendar http://www.cltcomedyzone.com/calendar/

Let's meet up front at 7:30 in the bar area. We have to get the Comedy Zone early to claim our free seats. The way it works is that a day or two before the show I have to send our guest list to the Comedy Zone and they'll reserve you a free seat. When I get inside and seated I'll post a meetup message with directions on how to find us. If you have any questions about this event or if you're having trouble finding the group feel free to call or text me at[masked]-8474.

One last thing since this is a free show but the Comedy Zone has asked that we spend at least a minimum of $7 per person with food or drinks. I feel that's fair since it's their venue, they have to pay the performers, and etc.

I really enjoyed this event.. we had a really good turnout and I met a lot of people. Show was awesome and our afterparty at Wet Willie's for slushies then VBGB for Giant Jenga, Cornhole, and Ping Pong was fun. I wanted to say thanks to all the members of the group who volunteered to get on stage. Rich Guzzi does an amazing show... I would highly recommend him to anyone. Next time he's in town I will definitely be there.

I tried to say Hi to everyone that came out last night but I think I didn't get to everyone. If I missed you I apologize and hope to see you at some future events. If you ever come to an event and can't find the group please send me a text or call... I want to make sure you find the group and have a great time too. I hope everyone had just as much fun as I did.. Hopefully you make it out to more meetups with our group since we've got a lot of Awesome Random Adventures coming up.

Hey Rosie, Were you one of the people on stage last night? I just noticed your picture looks a lot like someone on stage last night...There was a group of 4 people sitting at a table close to our tables and I didn't get a chance to ask them if they were with the meetup group. If that was you I wanted to apologize for not having a chance to say Hi to you and your friends.

Greig, You did an awesome job at this event! I'm so glad you came out for it and were brave enough to volunteer on stage... You were a really good sport about it all. I can honestly say you made this show so much more enjoyable for me.... It was nice seeing someone I knew on stage hypnotized.

I just sent in our RSVP list. If you didn't RSVP but are still interested in going please send me a message and I'll see if I can get you added. If you've never been to this Comedy Zone... it's located in the downstairs area of the "Saloon". My plan is to meet everyone at the bar area in the Saloon and then go to the Comedy Zone at 7:30 to get my seat. If you're running behind just go to the box office at Comedy Zone, tell them you're with the meetup group, and let them know your name... the hostess should take you right to our group tables. The show starts at 8pm but try to give yourself plenty of time to get your seat. I wanted to mention the show is free but they do ask you adhere to a minimum spend there... the Comedy Zone has a full drink and food menu. A lot of people speak highly of what they offer and I'm sure you can find something you'd like on the menu also. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Really looking forward to the show! See you tomorrow.
