Hello Friends!

Transitioning to a raw food diet can be challenging because it requires you to change years of well established eating habits. From SAD (Standard American Diet) to RAW is a Three Phase 12 Week Program to help you gradually increase your raw food consumption to from 80 -100%. Ideas for sample Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner choices will be included.

    •  Meet up should have called P.O. and set up a group booking for 12. When I called, the manager told me it was full. But it's possible to set some seats aside he said. Better luck next time perhaps.
    •  Well, I learned so much! I really appreciated the lecture and the presentation. Diana is a good presenter and certainly knows about her subject. This has given me encouragement and knowledge so that I can work towards more raw foods in my diet. I look forward to learning more. Thank you Diana and partner.
