RE: Yesterday’s Potluck Dinner

This was one of the best raw vegan potluck dinners we have had to date! We had 36 people in attendance and the variety of raw vegan dishes was amazing. We were also glad to have 8 children and other new members attend, especially when the Grey Cup featuring the Calgary Stampeders was being televised at the same time. Yes we did win!

We were treated to a great assortment of food such as kale chips, flax seed crackers and dip, stuffed tomatoes, quiche, pomegranate coleslaw, beet salad, carrot juice, a fruit platter and a fruit salad, vegetable stir fry with jicama rice, a huge selection of desserts ( Manu’s favorite part of the dinner!) including cheese cake, persimmon pie and banana pomegranate pie!

We will have all of our books, kitchen tools, raw super foods, supplements, and cosmetics available for purchase, for all your RAW FOOD LIFESTYLE needs. We currently accept cash and cheques only.

Also remember you can now make an appointment to visit our home office to purchase any of the above items, or arrange for a delivery either downtown or in front of the Planet Organic South store (located at Elbow Drive and Southland Drive SW.) on Tuesday evenings or Saturday mornings. We look forward to seeing you at the potluck dinner.
